In 2001 Alexander Cornwell created the company Picture Perfect Landscaping. Alexander had previously been in IT but decided a lifestyle change to follow his wish to become a professional landscape gardener.
Alexander is a perfectionist so the planning and professional training was extremely important to him. He went through the process of applying to the Princes Trust for business and financial support. After a gruelling presentation to the Princess Trust Board he was awarded a grant, which enabled him to attend Merrist Wood College to study for a National certificate in Hard Landscaping, Horticulture, Soil science, Machinery & Site Surveying. Alexander passed all areas with distinctions. Through his contacts at Merrist Wood he has built a small and trusted team of gardeners and landscapers that support Picture Perfect projects and who are also similarly trained.
From the concept of Picture Perfect we wanted to create a different experience for our clients. We believe that we have succeeded in delivering a way of working that is built firmly on a foundation of excellent communication, reliability and trust. Whatever the size of the project, our high standards of customer service remain the same.
