What you can expect when you contact Picture Perfect Landscapes . . .
From the initial call you can expect a polite and efficient service. When you call we will have a brief discussion about your requirements and arrange a date and time for a site visit that suits you. We will visit on a Saturday / Sunday if you wish.
When we arrive at your property we will discuss your plans and advise and assist you as required. At this stage it would be helpful if you have a basic idea of what you would like and a budget that we can work to. We will work with you to create an ideal design for your garden using examples from our current portfolio and brochures and give you sound advice on suitable products to use for your garden.
All initial advice and help along with the quote is free of charge.
After a full site survey we will send you a fully costed quotation within one week of our visit.
All quotes are valid for three months and if written acceptance is received within this period we will hold the price until commencement of work. After the three months a re-quote may be required. We will require a deposit upon acceptance of our quotation, usually about a third of the total and balance upon completion. In some cases stage payments may be required.
Once the project has started and throughout all of its stages, the Project manager will be available to answer any questions that you may have. We can also discuss any changes or additions that you may be considering and guide you to making the right decision.
It is also company policy to make sure your property is left clean and tidy at the end of each day and upon completion. Picture Perfect prides itself in having a clean and tidy site at all times, and conforming to all current Health and Safety regulations.
We provide an after care service for all of our projects so if you have any queries after we have left just pick up the phone and we will provide as much help and assistance as you need.
